【MMD-3DPV】初音ミクの暴走 LONG VERSION / The Rampage of Hatsune Miku【初音ミク誕生祭2022】

Howdy. majin_kz here. First and foremost, Happy Birthday Hatsune Miku! I'm happy that I finally get to share this PV with the world. I've been working on this for the past 3 months, so its quite the thrill to see my efforts come into fruition. Thank you to everybody who supported me along the way, and a huge special thanks to Aple and Jomomonogm who leant me their models during the creation of this.

Hatsune Miku no Bousou is one of my favorite songs, so I wanted to serve not just the song, but Miku herself justice with my longest video yet. I put my all into this, and I'd like to think that it shows. I tried to capture the charm of older MMD videos with the technology of new ones! I guess that kinda goes without saying though if you're familiar with my content, haha.

Since this video was made over the span of 3 months, theres certain points where I modified or changed models from what they appeared as before. I think the most notable one is Neru, but I also changed Miku! Her change was quite early on in production so theres only a few scenes where her design isn't changed, but if you have a keen eye you'll be able to spot them.

I based this translation from both Blacksaingrain's and Kanannon's translations, with heavy adjustments here and there to make it flow better, make more sense, and to translate slang that was left incomprehensible. I'd like to personally thank VocaloiderUtau-er on regards of helping me with certain phrases. Without their help I wouldn't be able to interpret some scenes correctly. With that said, even despite our efforts there's parts that just wont make sense to everybody on a cultural level, so I'll explain some phrases and lingo Miku drops throughout the song.

1:34 "Why don't you stop blogposting"
Blogposting is when someone uses a topic specific thread on image board or a forum as a diary entry by making posts that would typically be found on a blog. It's not a direct translation from the Japanese phrase "チラシの裏(on the reverse of a leaflet)" but effectively, they mean the same thing. (thank you blacksaingrain!)

3:27 運動会プロテインパワー(Undoukai Purotein Pawaa/Sports festival protein powder" ): "Angry German Kid" is also famous on Nico, he's called "Keyboard crasher" Some of his German words sounded like "Undoukai Purotein Pawaa" to some Japanese and this became a well-known meme phrase.
