This build is absolutely unstoppable on even Depth 30.
What you need to replicate: Freebie Charm (Essential),
Turret mod: "Buddy System" Reduces cool down and weakens turrets but makes them stronger the more turrets there are in the vicinity.
-Turret mod "Rich Get Richer" reduces cooldown a percentage by number of ability stacks. (By this point you will have infinite turrets with "Buddy System" and "Freebie").
-Turret mod "Drones" So you can stack turrets outside of boss rooms and absolutely shred bosses as you enter and in-between phases.
I opt to use Frozen prioritizing damage and frost build up because I think it is by far the best blessing effect in the game but something like fire could be good too if you watch out for your frame rate.
EDIT: Hemorrhage build also works great for this with the charm "Power From Pain". The idea is getting red blooded as early as possible and stacking your max health to the sky.
