This was recorded at the eruption in Iceland that started on March 16 2024, at the Sundhnukar craters.
In the afternoon of April 7th, the crater broke up a bit and created this impressive lava flow down the side. It stayed like that for 5-6 hours until it closed up again.
It was extremely windy at the time, so my drone struggled a lot. But I got this footage which I'm happy with. The audio is from the same crater, but recorded on a different day what there was less. wind.
