Описание:
1. Remove the drumsticks
Because the duck is very fatty, it is best to use disposable gloves for carving. Remove the aluminium foil and the kitchen yarn from the duck. Remove the drumsticks by cutting through the joint.
2. Cut open the rib cage
Cut open the rib cage from the middle outwards and remove the breast meat along the ribs.
3. Taking out the filling
If the duck was stuffed, cut open the rib cage using poultry scissors, remove the stuffing using a fork or a spoon and cut it into slices. Also cut the duck breast into slices to serve.
