Heyy I missed chatting with you guys and I'm so glad that I have good news to share with you all. I have been struggling with my mental health for a few months but I am proud to share that I am doing much better!
I rambled in most of this video so I forgot to mention that having support among friends, family, or your partner are also really important along with trying to get better when you're not doing okay. Have people to talk to, especially if therapy isn't your thing.
Again thank you for all of the support you have given me and the patience you have for me! 🫶🏼💗
