In this video I explain how I was prosecuted for careless driving and had 4 court dates over 2 years hanging over me, all because I navigated a dangerous junction safely. This may sound unbelieveable but it's true as you will see in the video. I've included the body worn video from when I was stopped so you can compare and contrast this to the statement the police officer filed on the following morning. If I'd accepted the 3 points and £100 fine I would have admitted to being a lunatic!
I was also found guilty in my absence and punished heavily, all because of an admin error at HM Court and Tribunal services, and had to go to court to get this reversed so I could finally have my day in court! Please watch this video and do not let this happen to you.
