Hello everyone today video I'm going to give you a tour in tanjay City, as I've noticed since I live in dumaguete for 9 mos. I noticed the rental has increased and it's crowded during brownout.
Tanjay City would be great place to live however there's no rental house listed as much as dumaguete city.
Also a food selection dining outside is few as well.
Dumaguete is all packed with everything, a good restaurants and fancy resorts and of course tourist spot.
