I modified it by using half the coconut milk, half the broth and half the fish sauce to make it more of a sauce than a soup.
Pasta Salad - this is made with 2oz of uncooked pasta added to a big bowl of chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion with a dressing made of 0% plain greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
