In this part of my Northern Mindanao DIY series, I’m taking you along to the highlands of Bukidnon. Looking back at these clips, I’m reminded of how much I needed this escape—the cold breeze, the towering pine trees, and the literal "New Zealand" vibes of the south.

I decided to do this trip entirely DIY, focusing on Dahilayan and Impasug-ong. Whether it was breathing in the fresh mountain air at Dahilayan or standing in awe of the rolling hills in Impasug-ong, doing it on my own time made all the difference. No strict schedules, no rushing—just me and the mountains. 🌲

Bukidnon is so vast and beautiful that I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface. I’m already wishing to go back and explore even more of what this province has to offer.
