How to Apply for Student ID Card | GCU Lahore SFC Portal Guide

Описание: This video provides a complete step-by-step guide for students of Government College University (GCU) Lahore on how to apply for their Student ID Card through the Student Facilitation Center (SFC) Portal.

Follow the instructions below to complete your application successfully.



Step 1: Open the SFC Portal

Open any web browser.
Search for "GCU SFC" on Google.
Open the GCU Student Facilitation Center (SFC) website.



Step 2: Sign In

Log in using your LMS credentials.

Default Login Credentials:

Username: Your complete GCU Roll Number
Password: Your CNIC Number

Note: If you have previously changed your password, use your updated password instead.



Step 3: Open the ID Card Application

After logging in successfully:

Go to your dashboard.
Click on Apply ID Card.



Step 4: Complete the Application Form

Your personal and academic information will be automatically fetched from the records you submitted during admission.

You only need to:

Enter your Blood Group.
Upload your passport-style photograph.

Photo Requirements
Format: JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg)
Maximum Size: 500 KB

Please make sure your photograph is clear and suitable for printing on your Student ID Card.

Important Note
If the application form does not load properly or the page is not scrollable, simply refresh the page once and continue filling out the form.



Step 5: Submit Your Application
After verifying all information:
Click Submit.
Your application will be successfully submitted.
Your Student ID Card will be issued within approximately 7 working days.



Duplicate Student ID Card

If your Student ID Card is lost or damaged:
Apply for a duplicate ID card.
Generate the challan of PKR 1,500.
Deposit the challan fee.
Submit the paid challan to the ID Card Section.
Collect your duplicate Student ID Card after verification.
