Today I’m sharing a delicious and time saving recipe that is part of our Christmas Eve tradition, Crock Pot Casserole. It’s great for Thanksgiving morning too!

INGREDIENTS:
1 dozen eggs
1 cup milk
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
8-10 pieces of bacon
1 pckg of sausage
2 bags (4 cups) of cheddar cheese
salt, pepper, dill, garlic
1 32oz pckg of frozen diced potatoes
