recipe:
1 average head of cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup green chili's or jalapeno's (optional)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
salt pepper to taste
Bake 375 degrees covered for one hour...uncover, top with more cheese, bake another 20 to 25 minutes...It will thicken as it cools...Enjoy
