Build Back Better Awards interview: Innerscene A7 Virtual Sun - is this the ultimate LED skylight?

Описание: A breakthrough artificial LED skylight from Innerscene has finally solved some of the challenges of this exciting class of product.

First, the UK-made A7 Virtual Sun panel is just 24cm deep, one of the slimmest frames on the market, allowing it to be retrofitted.

Second, the sun appears at true infinity so every occupant only sees one sun, no matter how many fixtures are joined together

Third, the colour temperature can automatically tune between 2700K and 20000K. This colour tuning means it can be used for human-centric lighting.

Fourth, Innerscene say they’ve taken the price-point down down by an order of magnitude compared to earlier models

The A7 has been entered into the Lighting category of the Build Back Better Awards, and awaits the verdict of the judges in May.

One of its first installations is in the Apple campus in Cupertino.
