CSC - Plot Selections (Grand Balloting)

Описание: We are pleased to announce that location selection of Grand Balloting of Capital Smart City in Executive West, Overseas West & Overseas Prime-II Blocks will start from 25th October, 2024 at 11:00 AM PKT.

We urge everyone to please get your allocations done through our online web member portal. Clients can reach out to our Islamabad & Lahore office for their selections as well.

With reference to letter LSC/S&M/08/24/0857 dated 12th October 2024, selection process for Slab-01 will start from 25th Oct 2024 till 2nd November, Slab-02 from 4th Nov 2024 till 09th Nov 2024 and Slab-03 from 11th Nov 2024 till 18th Nov 2024 and Slab-04 from 19th Nov 2023 till 30th Nov 2024.

Grand ballot including the general ballot will be held in December 2024 In sha Allah. Please note that members must adhere to the specified timeline and procedure to participate in the ballot. Failure to comply will lead to the cancellation of the property, and a refund of the paid amount will be issued within 12 months, subject to a 25% deduction of paid amount.
