Hook - Blues Traveler - Bass Cover - Request

This is the requested transcription I did of the Blues Traveler song "Hook". This comes from their 1994 album "Four". The bass player on this track was Bobby Sheehan.

I LOVED practicing and learning this song and need to learn some more Blues Traveler. I really like Bobby Sheehans bass lines and his playing. Talk about underrated bass players, he's definitely on that list. What a great player he was and a huge, tragic loss was his passing.

Some really good rhythms and great energy in this song. I think part of the challenge is keeping calm and not getting too caught up in it. Try to keep the notes fairly long. It's just bass and guitar, so you want the bass to ring out a little more to help fill out the sound.

It was hard to tell when he was slapping and when he was popping. I'd use it at your discretion and where is feels comfortable.
