Summerville is known as the "Birthplace of Sweet Tea", "Charleston's Little Sister" and "The Flower Town in the Pines". It is a fast-growing, vibrant city with lots to do, but continues to maintain it's special small town feel. There is no shortage of shopping and eateries here and plenty of charming communities - we're sure to find one you love!
The housing market here is more affordable than many other areas in the Lowcountry, but is only a quick 30-40 minute drive to downtown Charleston and about an hour's drive to 5 different beaches!
