Ingredients:
Boiled egg -6 nos
Seeraga samba rice - 1.5 cups [300 gms]
Big onion - 2 large finely sliced
Tomato - 2 medium size finely sliced
Coriander leaves - 1 cup loosely packed or handful
Mint leaves - 1 cup loosely packed or handful
Ginger - 2 " piece
Garlic - 5 nos
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Khus khus - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 2 no
shallots - 5 nos
nutmeg - a pinch or mace - few strands
Oil - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp + 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 1 no
cinnamon sticks - 2 no
cardamom - 3 no
cloves - 5
star anise - 1
marati mokku - 1
rose petals - few
Salt - to taste
