🛒 Ingredients:
250 g broccoli
Hot water (for soaking)
3 eggs
20 g green onions, chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
20 g mozzarella cheese (optional) 🧀
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil 🫒
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Soak the broccoli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
2️⃣ Cut the broccoli into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
3️⃣ Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper using a fork.
4️⃣ Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli.
5️⃣ Add the chopped green onions and sliced onion.
6️⃣ Add mozzarella cheese if desired.
7️⃣ Mix everything well until combined.
🔥 Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
⏳ Cook for 3–5 minutes until the bottom is golden.
Flip carefully using a plate.
⏳ Cook for another 2 minutes until fully set and golden on both sides.
