Every year, there is more emphasis on gratitude as we approach the holiday seasons. Gratitude should be expressed all year round. Practicing gratitude is proven to make us feel happier and build stronger relationships, and it is important for nourishing our mental and emotional wellbeing.
I don’t keep a gratitude journal and I am not consistent with writing down what I am grateful for every day. So I asked myself, “How do I practice gratitude? What do I do instead?” In this video, I share some of my regular practices which helps remind me who and what I am appreciative of and grateful for.
