The implementation of a Smart Traffic Light Control System based on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA) technology.
Its well knew that it is difficult for traffic police to monitor the whole scenario round the clock. We, in this method, intended to measure the traffic density on the junction and moreover, diverge light & heavy vehicles on highways. This system can be implemented on highways and city traffic. The technologies used here are SCADA Software, Weight Sensor, Ultrasonic Proximity Sensor. SCADA is mainly used for the automation purpose in the industries and also at the other places to do work without manpower. Here is the scope of SCADA is to control traffic on
“Density Bases” which avoid the traffic Jam situations in metro cities as we face in our daily life.
