We sat down with Rabbi Mark Fishman of Congregation Beth Tikva today to understand the Beth Din, the rabbinical court of Judaism. While the Beth Din was at the core of the Jewish legal system in biblical times, it continues to function today in Jewish communities as an institution of dispute resolution and other legal matters.
