But, about three or four weeks in, you start hitting walls. Your enthusiasm goes down, your emotions get drained, and you start falling back into old habits. In this video, I’ll give you three practical, tangible things you can do to keep yourself moving forward.
🎯 3 Must Dos to Help You Reach Your Goals
Set aside a five-minute reflection time at the end of each day. Think about what you did right, what you did wrong, and what you can do better. If you take five minutes every day to reflect on what happened, you’ll reach your goals faster.
Schedule some strategic discomfort in your life once a week. Do something that pushes you outside of your comfort zone. We grow the most when we’re uncomfortable.
Create a future-self filter. Before you make a decision, pause and ask yourself, “What would my future self want me to do?” Make your decisions based on who you want to become.
