Just in: "Refurbished" 32 inch Sharp CRT TV from 2000.

Описание: My Bell+Howell TV has a replacement, which happened way sooner than i thought! (The last part on that TV will be out later) BTW my brother is 23, not 20, i was wrong in the video.

Anyway, someone texted me this afternoon about this TV they had and i left to get it minutes later. It was free, he just didn't want to move it again. It was very likely moved out of the guy's bedroom, because it was in the living room, awkwardly placed on a small table. Nothing hooked up, not plugged in.

I left home fully aware the TV could have poorly aged RCA tube inside (the last 32" Sharp probably did) got home and took the back of the set to find a Hitachi A80LJF30X15 tube inside (as seen in the video) Apparently they were made in Greenville, SC. I did my research before publishing the video for once. The 36" versions of this set do have an RCA tube, the same one (A90AEJ15X09) found in the RCA Xbox ready TV (F36650)

The some of the JVC AV-32D201s have a Hitachi A80LJF30X as well like the M80JUA061X that is also found in other versions of this set.

Hitachi quit stopped manufacturing and selling color picture tubes for direct-view TVs by the end of April 2002, and started devoting its full energies to developing thin-film-transistor (TFT) LCDs for PCs, large-screen LCDs for multimedia applications, and projection tubes for large-screen TVs.

How to enter the service menu. Unplug the TV, hold down channel up and volume up at the same time, then plug the TV in and it should turn on if successful. Power off to exit. Write down the values before you change them, or locate a copy of the service manual.
