There are other ingredients in the product, but the one that's actually doing something for your skin/afflicted area is just the miconazole.

What people don't realize about this ingredient is that it was originally developed as a catch all treatment for #fungal infections on the body. It has since been rebranded and re-marketed to include yeast infections and fungal infections as they relate to #womenshealth, but it is still just as effective at treating regular skin infections as it was the day it was developed!
