Описание: ការរៀនប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពគឺនៅពេលដែលយើងទាញយកព័ត៌មានចេញពីខួរក្បាលអោយច្រើនជាងធៀបនិងការដាក់បញ្ចូលព័ត៌មានទៅក្នុងខួរក្បាលនេះបើផ្អែកលើ Learning theories. Effective learning is less about getting more information into the brain - but it’s more about getting it out of the brain. Research shows that actively retrieving information from memory is far more powerful than passively receiving it. Yet in practice, most students - especially in Cambodia - spend most of their time listening and just listening to explanations, re-reading notes, and/or asking a few questions. This passive approach leads to familiarity, not deep understanding or transfer of learning (meaningful applications).

To truly learn, students need to practice recall, test themselves, explain ideas aloud, solve problems without notes, and apply concepts in new varied situations. This is how memory strengthens and understanding deepens. Let’s shift from listening or rereading more to retrieving better.
