Located in the village of Tassin la Demi-Lune (Lyon), this project was built with a metal frame system that consists of the assembly of a minimalist, quiet and luminous, L-shaped pavilion located on the face of the site. The whole house has a direct relationship with the surrounding nature.
Inside, the fine and bright space allows you to live along the façade and gives the rooms the character of a balcony. The secondary parts are at the rear of the building, while the kitchen, living room and master bedroom are located at the front to enjoy a wide view of the environment.
The ceiling and floor incorporate a hydraulic system of radiant thermal regulation, adapted to the morphology and structure of the project that disappears in favor of the space to preserve the serene atmosphere of the house in its environment.
