My first water class tutorial by request of a client asking to use a kick-board in a warm water class I teach at the gym. Just a quick run thru some great stretch and strengthen techniques that you can do in your own pool, using a kick-board for stability and structure that turn on your core stabilizer muscles! This forces you to have proper technique to get more out of your stretches. It’s very therapeutic by using fluid movements though the joints with multiple ranges of motion for the hips and the spine. Happy stretching!!
