On my incredibly lucky live stream day, BOTH the Lifebinder's Handmaiden from Madness of Deathwing in Dragon Soul and Pureblood Firehawk from Ragnaros in the Firelands dropped on the same stream :D We unfortunately were not lucky enough to get Invincible or the Blue drake on the same day.
