I filmed this video moments after Vietnam won. I walked from my house to Hoan Kiem lake in Hanoi's Old Quarter to film the celebrations.

This video barely even scratched the surface of the amount of partying that happened in Hanoi city, and across all of Vietnam, on this special night! People were still partying past 8am the next morning!
