Alangukottai, India's largest native dog farm, is located in Kanathur, ECR, Chennai. Alangukottai was established in October 2020 by Vasantha Kumar Vasudevan with the sole purpose of showcasing Indian native dog breeds.

Alangukottai was built on the principle that Indian native dogs should be recognized. People all over the world should know about indies. Our primary goal is to showcase Indian dog breeds and raise awareness of the advantages of adopting dogs that are used to the Indian climate and conditions instead of importing expensive foreign dog breeds.
