Perry is probably the best place to railfan on the BNSF in Oklahoma. It's got a high-traffic junction without the hustle and bustle you might find on junctions in larger cities.
Too bad I've only made it there once, and even then on an occasion not meant for railfanning. But even with those limitations, I managed one train out of the deal. A nice mixed grain train with a fakebonnet in slot 2 came through on its way west on the Avard Subdivision.
