Refined oil - 3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida (hing) - 1 pinch
Curry leaves - 5-6
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chilli - 1
Garlic Chutney - Garlic cloves - 10
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chopped white portion of spring onions - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
Chopped green portion of spring onions - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Buttermilk - 1 & 1/2 cup
Chopped fresh coriander leaves
