Creating the least amount of inflammation is essential. Inflammation leads to premature aging!
To flake or not to flake... In general, a series of light peels is better than a deeper peel that causes heavy flaking and inflammation. Picking at flakes will cause hyperpigmentation. DON'T Pick.

PREPARE THE SKIN
Proper peel prep is essential for getting the full benefit of your peel system.
Do a double cleanse with a cleanser that does not leave a film on the skin.
Prep with a toner that inhibits the stimulation of hyperpigmentation. I use
