Most people can do this cardio workout love handles and belly fat home workout with standing only exercises which is extremely beginner-friendly everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!

Also please remember that the current state of technology has not revealed to us how to remove love handles and belly fat specifically from the abdomen only so when you do this cardio workout to get rid of arm fat, love handles and belly fat workout you will burn fat all over your body and your genetics will determine when that fat comes off of your arms, belly and your waist area. This is what personal trainers mean when they say that you cannot spot reduce fat. Maybe one day technology will allow us to do this without surgery but for now this is what we've got so do this home workout with me and let's get you in shape feeling good losing weight and just have fun
