As soon as I entered the Majorelle Garden, a feeling of absolute calm enveloped me. It's a true haven of peace in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, a timeless place, conceived by the painter Jacques Majorelle in the 1920s, then lovingly restored by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in the 1980s.

I strolled among the bamboo-lined paths, the shimmering pools, the monumental cacti, and the giant palm trees. The color contrasts are striking: the walls, a deep Majorelle blue, stand out against the vibrant green of the vegetation, punctuated here and there by touches of saffron yellow. Everything is photogenic, but beyond the images, there's an atmosphere… a gentleness… a slow, soothing rhythm.

I pause for a moment in front of Villa Oasis, Majorelle's former home, now closed to the public, but which stands proudly in the center of the garden like an Art Deco jewel.

Around me, I hear dozens of languages: this garden attracts visitors from all over the world. But despite the crowds, everyone seems to walk with hushed steps, as if not to break the spell.

The Majorelle Garden is not just a famous tourist site in Marrakech: it's a living work of art, a botanical oasis, a symbol of the meeting of art, nature, and culture.
