I’m a certified lymphatic therapist, massage therapist, and educator who's trying to see and approach the body as a whole. But I’m also learning how to communicate and be in relationship with my body, and I’m on a mission to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected through some seriously nerdy self-care.

This 30-minute guided session introduces you to a completely new way of experiencing your body and learning how to care for it. It’s nervous system centered but offers multidimensional support.

Along the way, you’ll learn:

Facial anatomy + physiology insights to understand why your lymph flows the way it does

Self-massage techniques to stimulate the deep lymphatic pathways of the face

Neuro-lymphatic touchpoints to reset tension and tone the vagus nerve

Neck + shoulder stretches to mobilize key lymph node chains and fascia

Gentle movement to support brain drainage + circulation

Techniques are cool, and the “doing”? Super interesting. But lymphatic self-care is so much more than lifting, toning, snatching, draining, and smoothing. It’s about our biology. Our design.

The Lymph Love Club is an experiential self-care community where you’ll learn to be in relationship with yourself and others. It’s about learning how to give without depleting yourself, how to receive without guilt, how to show up without performing, how to practice self-love without “earning”.
