Mike O’Connell presents his super detailed Proto: 48 Pacific Railway & Navigation Company. Proto:48 is an NMRA standard in O scale, but with prototypically correct scale of wheels, flanges, track and roadbed. Mike O'Connell is the founder and former owner of Chooch Enterprises, which he sold to Walthers a few years ago, and since then he has worked on his Proto:48 fine-scale layout.
This video was recorded from the Feb 12, 2022 layout tour by the NMRA 4th Division in the Pacific Northwest Region, aka 4D PNR.
