How are MRT trains and buses disinfected? In Singapore’s Phase 2 after the circuit breaker, public transport operators have stepped up cleaning measures to minimise transmission of #COVID19.
These include thorough cleanings overnight at the depot, and spraying a self-disinfecting antimicrobial coating. But it’s no fool-proof solution, so commuters must still take steps to protect themselves.
