Message from the composer and creator of Peaceful Relaxation:
"I am a Norwegian composer and music producer living in Provence, in the south of France. I started this channel with a simple vision: to create a place that you can visit whenever you want to sit down and relax.

I have been working as a professional musician, studio engineer and producer for over 25 years and I wanted to create something that was unique in the relaxing music space. I compose music that often can be described as sleep music, calm music, yoga music, study music, peaceful music, beautiful music and relaxing music.

I create all of my own content, heavily inspired by other amazing artists, musicians and tech people. Videos and Audio are recorded out in the field in France, Scandinavia, USA, Africa and Asia. Sometimes I transform, re-record and/or edit material province by other creators. I am doing most of the post production in my studio in the south of France using Pro Tools, Davinci Resolve, a Solid State Logic console and a broad range of instruments and outboard. For the videos I add material from video stock services like Adobe, Artgrid, Storyblocks and other similar companies.
