Art is a powerful method of self expression that can help us get in touch with our deepest aspects. It brings that which is hidden to the surface and connects us to that which is unseen. Self expression is a vital tool for any empath in their journey with emotional wellness, certainly. However, it also has tremendous benefits for anyone, not just the empath community. If you are pursuing healing, self understanding and awareness, spiritual growth, or development of your own magical energies, art can be a powerful modality. It also helps us reconnect with our own inner child - our inner artist is deeply connected to our inner child.
Here I provide 5 ways to get in touch with your creative spirit and how you can use your creative energy for application such as healing, manifestation, ritual work, and self express / release or 'letting go'. A powerful way we can process emotions and move through them, gain greater understanding about our own spiritual selves, spiritual awakening, and life path journey. You may even find that tapping into this creativity allows you to develop your own communication with source, your guides, and certainly, your higher self.
