🏗️ The first hall contained a lot of detailed information about the ship’s design and the company that built it. The Titanic’s main designer was Thomas Andrews Jr., who was also on board during the disaster and tragically disappeared afterward.
🚢 One of the highlights was a beautiful scale model of the ship. I especially loved the tiny human figures placed throughout the model—they added a sense of scale and made the entire scene feel incredibly real and immersive.
⚖️ Walking through this section was a powerful reminder that death makes no distinction between the wealthy and the poor. Despite differences in class and privilege, fate treated everyone on board the same.
📍 Overall, this part of the exhibition did a great job of combining historical facts with emotional storytelling, helping visitors better understand both the engineering ambition behind the Titanic and the human cost of its tragedy.
