The occupation in Palestine has left thousands of people displaced. Despite being faced with constant violence, bombardment and persecution, the Palestinian people have shown the power of resilience time and time again. In the face of escalating violence this year with your help and support, our team on the ground has been working tirelessly to provide immediate aid to our Palestinian brothers and sisters. This included food packs with essential ingredients that we distributed to over 2,000 displaced families. Your donations also helped provide 29,000 essential drugs, medical disposables, disaster response bags, and CPR kits during this time of heightened violence.

We've also been supporting Palestine in the fight against COVID-19, and in support of UNICEF’s COVAX operation. Vaccines were given to 9,6000 individuals to protect them from the virus. Your support also helped establish a new maternity ward at Shifa’ hospital in the Gaza strip that has served over 12,000 new mothers and newborns so far! Projects like these are only possible through your ongoing support and generosity, thank you for everything that you do!

At Islamic Relief we try to ensure that we support our Palestinian brothers and sisters regardless of where they are. For some this means providing aid on the grounds, for others it means amplifying their stories abroad to keep their memories alive.
