talked with rustoleum a lot during this process, they had awesome customer service.
my best guess is that the humidity got to high during the curing process and the epoxy never cured in about 75% of the garage.
this was a hard process but im very happy after stripping the floor and then recoating.
i followed the instructions both times, the second time i started around 10AM instead of in the evening like i did the 1st time.
