The NEMO® B.Max mixing pump and the NEMO® BY substrate pump ensure flexible and cost-effective substrate feed.
The NEMO® B.Max sets new standards with its maximum mixing and conveying capabilities for substrates. It results from continued development work on the #NETZSCH NEMO® progressing cavity pump with hopper and getting screw. The pump housing has a large rectangular hopper, and removable conical force-feed chamber, and a coupling rod with a patented, horizontally positioned conveying screw that guarantees optimal product feeding to the conveying elements.
NEMO® BY progressing cavity pumps can be used in any industry where various substances must be pumped or very precisely dosed. From low viscosity media to products barely capable of flowing, with or without solid content, shear-sensitive, sticky or abrasive – with the NEMO® BY, even complex substances are conveyed gently and under low pulsation. #NETZSCHWORKING
