Ayodhya to get Treta Yuga themed open air theatre at Guptar Ghat

Описание: Ayodhya is set to add a major cultural attraction with a Treta Yuga–themed open-air theatre nearing completion at Guptar Ghat. Built at a cost of nearly ₹18 crore, the venue will feature statues depicting key episodes from the Ramayana along with light and sound shows and live performances by cultural artists. Officials said the project aims to enhance the experience of devotees and tourists visiting Ayodhya. The theatre will also include open seating and spaces for local as well as visiting performers. Local priests have welcomed the initiative, saying it will help younger generations connect with the life, values, and ideals of Lord Ram. The project is part of broader efforts to showcase Ayodhya’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
