Swadhyaay is an Abhyantar Tap (internal austerity) by which Gyan Varniya Karma (Karma that obstructs knowledge) can be eliminated. Knowledge flourishes in many ways by performing Swadhyaay in our lives and we can reduce or eradicate our inauspicious karmas.
