In today’s 20-minute guided art practice to soothe anxiety, we’ll gently explore a creative way to calm the mind and reconnect with a sense of safety within ourselves. This session is part of the Yoga for the Creative Mind series here on IMOVARA.
March in IMOVARA is a season of hope, awakening, and new beginnings. But opening ourselves to hope can feel difficult when the noise and chaos of the world ( or our own lives ) leave us feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
This simple guided art practice is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and create a small “safe space” within yourself through color, reflection, and gentle creativity.
There is no pressure here to “fix” anything or suddenly feel better.
Instead, this practice simply offers a quiet moment to soften, to process, and to allow a little more light back in whenever you are ready.
