🥗 Ingredients (2 servings)
½ cup boiled kala chana
100 g low-fat paneer, grated
½ cup beetroot, boiled & miced
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp olive oil / mustard oil
Optional: capsicum & onion cubes
👩🍳 Method
In a bowl, onion, spices, green chilly and salt
Add paneer, beetroot, kala chana, and veggies. Mix gently.
Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Skewer the mixture or spread on a tray.
Cook options:
Air fryer: 180°C for 12–15 minutes
Oven: 200°C for 15–20 minutes
Pan grill: Cook on low flame till slightly charred
Serve hot with mint chutney or lemon slices.
