Battle of New York part 1
As the people of New York look on, the Chitauri arrive and begin to cause massive ammounts of damage. However, Regina's forces arrive to head them off. The two sides clash as Loki, Regina, and Doom move their battle elsewhere. A fierce battle rages on, and the fate of New York all hinges on one person's ability to cut off the Chitauri from their mother ship... Cruella De Vil?

Battle of the Bayou
Facilier, Medusa, and Aghoul decide to move against BellaDonna's Assasins Guild at their headquarters in the Louisiana Bayou. The two sides fight on as BellaDonna summons up the almight spirite of the bayou for aid. Which side will be victorious?

The Battle of the Eyrie Building
Xanatos and his Redemption Squad arrive at the Eyrie Building to reclaim it from Ultron's clutches. The Redemption Squad faces off against Ultron's robotic replicas of the Avengers while Xanatos himself squares off against Ultron to settle some unfinished business. It looks like Ultron has the upper hand, but Xanatos has friends in high places...

The Battle of New York part 2
Regina catches up with Loki and Doom and prepares to finish this conflict once and for all. However, she seems to be outnumbered until the Sanderson Sisters and Necrolai rush in to aid her. Regina's side might have the numbers, but Loki and Doom have proven themselves to be incredibly resourceful before. Who will ultimate come out on top in this war?

Epilogue:
*Loki and Doom discuss the outcome of the battle and decide to destroy the animated universe with the Bifrost. However, to do that, they first need to obtain the Philosopher's Stone.
*Facilier settles into BellaDonna's New Orleans mansion as he takes the title of head crime boss of New Orleans for himself. There's just one little pest to deal with first...
*Xanatos moves back into his tower after having reclaimed it from Ultron.
*Belle's arrives in the live action realm and looks upon the face of her hooded rescuer: Rumplestiltskin
*Norman Osborn, having travelled to the live action universe using the Time Dilation accelerator, recruit Bullseye for his "Dark Avengers Initiative"
*Necrolai rematerializes after the battle and sets off on a quest to find a suitable replacement for the presumed deceased Regina
*Having lost contact with Loki and with the Hidden all destroyed, Blackheart conferences with Ramsley on how best to proceed with his search for the Contract of San Vengaza. Ramsley assures him that the time has come for Blackheart to take his rightful place as the ruler of Hell from his father, Mephisto.
*Mozenrath awakens the Book of Khartoum and prepares for the final stage of his plan....
*Loki and Doom, Baron Zemo's benefactors throughout the war, return to the live action universe to aid in the attack on Mozenrath. Zemo gleefully reveals to them that he has a spy in Mozenrath's operations...
*Frollo returns to the Palace of Justice to deal with Jafar. However, the craft sorcerer uses his abilities to hypnotize Frollo into refocusing on Mr. Sinister (and releasing the Tremaines from prison)
*And Apocalypse makes his return.....
