If you’re anywhere near Berea and not eating at Bert’s Speak Cheezy, what are you even doing?! 😍🧀
I stopped in for lunch and ordered the ultimate comfort combo: a perfectly golden, crispy-on-the-outside, gooey-on-the-inside grilled cheese with tomato soup for dipping… and let me tell you — that first dip was LIFE-CHANGING. The soup was rich, flavorful, and the ultimate cozy pairing. 10/10
While I waited, I treated myself to a cortado (half decaf, half regular — balance is everything 😉). Shoutout to their barista Nick who clearly knows his craft. Not only was the coffee smooth and delicious, but the latte art was chef’s kiss. Beautiful AND bold? We love to see it. ☕✨
And can we talk about the prices? Delicious AND affordable is the combo we all deserve right now. Comfort food that doesn’t hurt your wallet? Say less.
Already planning my next visit for a big bowl of that tomato soup and another grilled cheese. One of the best I’ve had in a long time — no exaggeration.
